Could a bedtime drink ease sleep apnea?

NCT ID NCT06655649

Summary

This study is testing if a drink containing ketones (Ketone-IQ) taken before bed can improve sleep and breathing for people with obstructive sleep apnea (OSA). Researchers want to see if this supplement is a practical alternative to a strict ketogenic diet, which has shown benefits but is hard to follow. The study will check how the body processes the supplement and if it's well-tolerated, while also looking for early signs it might help with sleep apnea symptoms.
