Could a High-Fat diet boost cancer immunotherapy?

Summary
This study tests whether a ketogenic (low-carb, high-fat) diet can make immunotherapy more effective for people with advanced melanoma or kidney cancer. About 60 adults will follow the diet while receiving standard immunotherapy drugs. The main goals are to see if the diet is safe and if people can stick with it.
