Summary

This study tests whether a strict ketogenic diet, compared to standard dietary advice, can improve survival in 170 adults newly diagnosed with glioblastoma, a serious brain cancer. All participants continue standard treatments like chemotherapy and radiation. The diet lasts 18 weeks and is closely monitored by dietitians.
