Summary

This study tests whether a single low dose of ketamine, given in the emergency department, is safe and practical for adults having serious suicidal thoughts. Researchers will enroll 50 people aged 18-65 who need immediate psychiatric help. The goal is to see if ketamine can quickly reduce suicidal thinking, offering a new option for this urgent situation.
