Summary

This study is testing whether low doses of ketamine can reduce cravings and withdrawal symptoms like depression and poor sleep in adults with opioid use disorder who are starting methadone treatment. About 50 participants will receive either a low or very low dose of ketamine four times over two weeks. Researchers will track cravings, mood, and treatment success for 90 days.
