Summary
This study tests whether a low dose of ketamine, given through an IV, can help adults with moderate to severe methamphetamine use disorder reduce their drug use. 120 participants will receive either ketamine or a placebo over six weeks, and researchers will check urine samples to see if they have fewer positive tests. The goal is to find a new treatment option for this difficult-to-treat addiction.
