Brain scans probe Ketamine's Fast-Acting depression relief

Summary
This study aims to understand how ketamine, a drug with rapid antidepressant effects, works in the brain. Researchers are enrolling 150 adults with major depression and healthy volunteers to receive repeated ketamine infusions while undergoing brain scans and other tests. The goal is to see if repeated doses can maintain the antidepressant effect and to identify brain signals that predict who will respond best.
