First seen Jun 27, 2026 ยท Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study looked at whether combining two types of exercises (Kendall and scapulothoracic) can reduce neck pain and improve movement in people with chronic non-specific neck pain. Sixty adults aged 25-50 with neck pain for at least 3 months took part. Researchers measured nerve sensitivity, neck motion, and daily function before and after treatment to see if the combined exercises worked better than standard care.
