Summary
This study compared Kegel and squat exercises to see which better reduces urinary incontinence and improves quality of life. Thirty women aged 30-60 with urinary incontinence did either Kegel or squat exercises for 10 minutes, three times daily, over 12 weeks. Researchers measured changes using standard questionnaires.
