Summary
This study tested a program called Keeping on Course for people with mild cognitive impairment (MCI) and their care partners. The goal was to teach communication skills and strategies to help them feel more in control while coping with MCI. 29 dyads (pairs) participated in the program, which was delivered online. Researchers measured how acceptable and feasible the program was, and whether it improved communication and reduced stress.
