New schizophrenia drug faces Year-Long bladder safety check

Summary
This study aims to check the long-term safety of the schizophrenia medication KarXT, specifically looking at how it might affect bladder function. It will follow 60 adults with stable schizophrenia for 12 months while they take the drug. The main goal is to see if KarXT causes any changes in how well participants can empty their bladder.
