New drug combo aims to boost brain function in Alzheimer's patients

Summary
This Phase 3 trial is testing whether a combination of two drugs, KarXT and KarX-EC, can improve cognitive impairment in people with mild to moderate Alzheimer's disease. About 586 participants will receive either the drug combo or a placebo. The study measures changes in memory, daily living skills, and overall function over time.
