First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study compares two types of exercise programs done before ACL reconstruction surgery. The goal is to see which approach better improves knee muscle strength and recovery after surgery. About 84 adults with a first-time ACL injury will take part.
