Summary
This study tests an experimental drug called JNJ-89495120 in 107 adults with major depression. The goal is to see if it can reduce depression symptoms faster than a placebo, with checks as early as day 2 and day 5. Participants take the drug alone (no other antidepressants) and are monitored for safety and mood changes.
