Summary
This early-phase study tests an experimental drug called JNJ-89402638 in people with advanced colorectal or stomach cancer that has spread and not responded to prior treatments. The main goals are to find a safe dose and check for side effects, both when the drug is given alone and when combined with standard therapies like bevacizumab or chemotherapy. About 220 participants will take part to help determine if this approach is worth studying further.
