This study tests a new medicine, JNJ-78934804, against an existing drug (guselkumab) in 460 people with moderate-to-severe Crohn's disease. The goal is to see if the new drug can reduce symptoms and heal the gut lining better at 48 weeks. Participants must have had Crohn's for at least 12 weeks and have active disease.
