Summary
This phase 3 trial tests an oral drug called JNJ-77242113 in 19 people with two rare and severe forms of psoriasis: generalized pustular psoriasis and erythrodermic psoriasis. The study measures how many participants see improvement after 16 weeks of treatment. It is an open-label study, meaning everyone knows they are getting the drug.
