Summary
This study tests a new drug, JMKX000197, against a standard chemotherapy drug (cisplatin) to see which works better at controlling fluid buildup around the lungs in people with advanced cancer. About 120 participants with moderate to large fluid collections will receive the drug directly into the chest cavity. The goal is to reduce the need for drainage and improve comfort.
