Summary

This early-stage study is testing a new immunotherapy drug called JANX008 in adults with advanced or spreading solid tumors that have stopped responding to standard treatments. The main goals are to find a safe dose and see if the drug shows any signs of fighting the cancer. About 130 people with specific cancers like lung, kidney, head & neck, colorectal, pancreatic, or triple-negative breast cancer may join.
