New cancer drug begins first human testing for multiple advanced cancers
NCT ID NCT05783622
Summary
This is the first human study of an experimental drug called JANX008 for people with advanced solid tumors that have spread and stopped responding to standard treatments. The main goal is to find a safe dose and understand how the body handles the drug. Researchers will also look for early signs that the drug might help shrink tumors in cancers like lung, head & neck, kidney, and breast cancer.
