Summary
This study tests whether baricitinib, a JAK inhibitor, can help repair bone damage (erosion) in people with active rheumatoid arthritis. Sixty adults with active RA and at least one bone erosion will receive either baricitinib or a placebo for 24 weeks. The main goal is to see if the drug reduces erosion size, measured by a special CT scan.
