First seen Jun 25, 2026 · Last updated Jul 14, 2026 · Updated 3 times

Summary

This study tests whether combining the drug ivonescimab with either Dato-DXd or osimertinib is safe and effective for people with a specific type of advanced lung cancer (EGFR-mutant NSCLC) that has stopped responding to previous treatments. About 66 participants will receive different doses to find the best balance of benefit and side effects. The goal is to shrink tumors and delay cancer progression.

What this could mean

What this could lead to
If successful, this could offer a new treatment option for people with EGFR-mutant lung cancer whose disease has worsened after standard therapies.
