New combo therapy aims to outsmart drug-resistant lung cancer

Summary
This study tests whether combining ivonescimab with either Dato-DXd or osimertinib is safe and works for people with advanced EGFR-mutant non-small cell lung cancer that has stopped responding to standard treatments. About 66 participants will receive different doses to find the best one with the fewest side effects, then the chosen dose will be tested for effectiveness. The goal is to control the cancer and delay further progression.
