Summary
This Phase 2 trial tests whether adding the immunotherapy drug ivonescimab to standard chemotherapy can improve tumor shrinkage in people with advanced or metastatic stomach or gastroesophageal cancer. About 88 participants will receive treatment every two weeks. The main goal is to see if more patients respond to the combination compared to chemo alone.
