Summary

This study looks at whether giving iron through a vein (IV) can reduce bleeding symptoms in people with inherited bleeding disorders who also have low iron. About 40 participants will receive standard IV iron and be followed for 3 months to see if their bleeding, fatigue, and quality of life improve. The goal is to find a simple way to help manage symptoms.
