Summary

This study tests whether itopride, a drug that helps the stomach empty faster, can reduce the risk of food or liquid staying in the stomach after 8 hours of fasting in people taking semaglutide. The trial involves 60 diabetic patients scheduled for hysterectomy. Researchers will use ultrasound to check stomach contents before anesthesia.
