Massive national study maps rare inherited colon disease

Summary
This study is creating a national Italian registry to track patients with inherited conditions that cause many colon polyps and high cancer risk. It will follow about 1,500 patients to collect detailed information on how their disease progresses, what treatments they receive, and their long-term health outcomes. The goal is to understand these rare conditions better and help doctors across Italy provide more consistent, effective care.
