New hope for Tough-to-Treat colorectal cancer?

Summary
This study tests a new drug combination for people with advanced colorectal cancer that has not responded to standard treatments. The trial adds an experimental drug called isunakinra to an existing immunotherapy (pembrolizumab) to see if it can help control the cancer. About 20 adults with a specific genetic type of colorectal cancer will take part.
