Summary

This early-stage study tests a new medicine called ISH0688, given as a shot under the skin, for people with high triglycerides (a type of blood fat). The study will involve 104 healthy volunteers and people with high triglycerides to check the drug's safety and how the body processes it. Participants will receive either the drug or a placebo, and researchers will monitor side effects and measure drug levels in the blood.
