Summary
This phase 2 trial tests whether a combination of two drugs, isatuximab and lenalidomide, can clear remaining cancer cells in multiple myeloma patients who still have minimal residual disease (MRD) after an autologous stem cell transplant. About 50 adults will receive the drugs as maintenance therapy for up to 39 cycles. The main goal is to see how many patients become MRD-negative at one year, which could mean a lower chance of relapse.
