Iron boost tested to help heart failure patients breathe easier

Summary
This study is testing if a single dose of intravenous iron can improve exercise capacity in people with a specific type of heart failure who also have low iron. About 66 participants will be randomly assigned to receive either the iron treatment or a placebo. The main goal is to see if the treatment helps people use oxygen better during exercise 12 weeks later.
