New drug cocktail shows promise in fighting tough head and neck cancers

Summary

This study tests a new immunotherapy drug (iparomlimab and tuvonralimab) combined with radiation and chemotherapy for people with advanced head and neck cancer that hasn't spread. The goal is to see if this combination can keep the cancer from coming back for at least one year. About 27 adults with stage III or IV head and neck cancer will take part.
