Summary

This study looked at whether a special numbing injection (IPACK block) combined with a steroid shot can reduce pain in people with advanced knee osteoarthritis. 98 adults over age 40 with severe knee pain despite other treatments received the combination. Researchers measured pain levels before and one month after the injection to see if it helped.
