This early-phase study tests a radioactive drug (131-I apamistamab) given before CAR T-cell therapy for people with relapsed or hard-to-treat B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia or diffuse large B-cell lymphoma. The goal is to find a safe dose and see if the combination is tolerable. Only 12 participants will be enrolled to assess safety and side effects.
