First seen Jan 04, 2026 · Last updated May 13, 2026 · Updated 19 times
Summary
This study looked at 86 adults with pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH) to see if a new ultrasound score called VExUS could help doctors better understand their risk. Researchers compared the VExUS score to standard tests like heart catheterization and blood markers. The goal was to see if VExUS adds useful information for managing PAH without any direct treatment.
