New drug INV-6452 targets Hard-to-Treat breast cancers

Summary
This study tests an experimental drug called INV-6452 in adults with advanced breast cancer (HR+/HER2-) or other solid tumors that have stopped responding to standard treatments. The goal is to find the safest dose and see if the drug can shrink tumors. About 201 participants will take part in two phases of the trial.
