First seen Oct 31, 2025 · Last updated Jun 14, 2026 · Updated 30 times

Summary

This study tests whether adding a fiber supplement called inulin gel to standard immunotherapy drugs (ipilimumab and nivolumab) can help control advanced kidney cancer better than immunotherapy alone. About 55 adults with kidney cancer that has spread or is locally advanced will take part. The goal is to see if the combination is safe and improves how long the cancer stays under control.
