Summary
This early-phase study tests injecting the chemotherapy drug cisplatin directly into lung tumors using a thin tube with a camera. The goal is to kill cancer cells and boost the immune system while avoiding the harsh side effects of standard IV chemo. The study will enroll 12 adults with stage IV non-small cell lung cancer to find the safest dose and best injection spot.
