Summary
This study looks at whether using ultrasound during surgery helps doctors better remove deep endometriosis from the bowel while keeping the bowel wall safe. About 57 women with bowel endometriosis will have their surgery guided by ultrasound. The goal is to see if this approach reduces leftover disease and complications, and improves symptoms and quality of life after one year.
