Summary

This study tests whether using ultrasound during surgery helps doctors better remove deep endometriosis from the bowel while keeping the bowel wall safe. About 57 women aged 20-60 with bowel endometriosis will take part. The goal is to see if ultrasound measurements during surgery can predict better symptom relief and fewer complications.
