Summary
This small phase 2 study tests whether insulin delivered as a nasal spray can reduce PTSD symptoms in 20 adults aged 21-65 with current PTSD. Participants receive the spray and are monitored for changes in symptom severity. The goal is to see if this approach offers a new way to ease PTSD without major side effects.
