Can a nasal spray of insulin ease PTSD?

Summary

This study tests whether insulin given as a nasal spray can reduce symptoms of posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD). About 20 adults with current PTSD will receive the spray and be monitored for symptom changes. The goal is to see if this approach can ease PTSD symptoms, not to cure the condition.
