Summary
This study compares a new nasal spray COVID-19 booster vaccine (LVT-001) to a standard mRNA booster shot in 238 healthy adults. The goal is to see if the nasal vaccine is safe and triggers a strong immune response, especially in the nose where the virus enters. It's an early-stage trial, so researchers will first test different doses before picking the best one for further study.
