NCT ID NCT07492433

First seen Apr 18, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 9 times

Summary

This study looks at a complication called intraluminal thrombosis (ILT), where blood clots form inside the aorta after surgery to repair it. Researchers will review medical records from 800 adults who had either a frozen elephant trunk procedure or thoracic endovascular repair. The goal is to learn how often ILT happens, what raises the risk, and how it affects patient outcomes.
