NCT ID NCT04467021
First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 14, 2026 · Updated 24 times
Summary
This study looks at whether keeping blood pressure very low (below 120 mmHg) is better than the usual target (below 140 mmHg) for people with advanced kidney or thyroid cancer starting certain targeted therapies. The goal is to reduce the risk of heart and kidney problems caused by these cancer drugs. About 61 participants are being followed for 6 months to compare the two blood pressure management approaches.
