Summary
This study is testing a 7-day wellness retreat designed for women who have finished treatment for breast or gynecological cancers. It aims to see if the retreat is practical to study and if it helps improve survivors' quality of life, reduce stress, and ease symptoms like fatigue and anxiety. The program includes activities like yoga, mindfulness, and counseling, and researchers will compare participants to a similar group not attending the retreat.
