First seen Jan 05, 2026 · Last updated May 06, 2026 · Updated 22 times
Summary
This study is testing whether a combination of Korean medicine treatments (like acupuncture, herbal medicine, and manual therapy) can safely reduce pain and improve walking ability in 110 adults with lower back pain or leg pain caused by lumbar spinal stenosis or spondylolisthesis. Participants will receive treatment at one of three Korean medicine hospitals and report their pain, function, and quality of life over 4 months. The goal is to see if this integrative approach offers a safe, non-surgical option for managing these common spine conditions.
