Summary
This study tested whether combining mental health care with job support helps people on sick leave due to anxiety, depression, stress, or personality disorders return to work. 900 participants in Denmark received either the combined program or usual care. The main goal was to see if the integrated approach shortened the time to return to work within 12 months.
