Summary
This study tests a new therapy called InTEGRA for teens aged 14-21 with alcohol or cannabis use disorder. It combines two proven approaches—12-step support and motivational therapy—to see if it helps teens stay abstinent longer and reduce substance-related problems. About 294 participants will be followed for one year.
