Could weekly insulin boost brain function in Alzheimer's?

Summary

This study tests whether giving insulin once a week for up to 2 hours can improve how the body uses insulin and how well people with Alzheimer's think. Eight adults with mild to moderate Alzheimer's will receive the treatment for 6 months and take memory tests. The goal is to see if this approach is safe and can help with thinking and memory.
