Breathing easy: study probes how exercise intensity changes chest muscle oxygen

Summary
This study aims to see how breathing muscle training at different intensities affects oxygen levels in the chest muscles of healthy adults. About 27 physically active volunteers will have their muscle oxygen measured before, during, and after training sessions. The goal is to understand how the body responds, not to treat any disease.
