Summary

This study looked at how a single session of breathing muscle training affects vital signs and muscle strength in 34 young male smokers aged 18-25. Participants did breathing exercises at either 30% or 60% of their maximum effort. The goal was to see if the training could temporarily improve breathing and handgrip strength.
