Summary
This study looks at whether a simple breathing exercise, called inspiratory muscle training, can improve symptoms like pain, fatigue, sleep problems, and mood in women with fibromyalgia. The training uses a small device and is done twice daily for six weeks. Researchers will check if it helps the body's nervous system work better. 51 women aged 18-65 with fibromyalgia will take part.
